The Service and Maintenance component completes the audiovisual project. With the Onsite AV Service Partners approach, our team provides both immediate service if equipment is not working and preventative maintenance visits to keep the systems operating smoothly.

When service issues arise, our customized ticketing system allows client to log on to our website and initiate a service ticket request. The system allows for clients to check ticket status and generate quarterly service reports. These reports provide valuable information to our client’s IT and Facility Managers showing the breakdown of service tickets by room or by type of problem.

Our customized Preventative Maintenance (PM) Programs can be tailored to suite any facility no matter what the size or complexity. The number of annual PM visits, service response times, coverage of equipment repairs and loaner equipment can all be customized to meet the needs and budget of any facility.
